
Cancellation Policy
At Blue Haven Wellness, we strive to provide the best care possible and respect your time as well as the time of our practitioners. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours
notice. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need care.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
First-time cancellation or no-show: You will be charged 50% of the service price.
Subsequent cancellations or no-shows: You will be charged the full service price (100%) for any future missed appointments without 24 hours' notice.
Emergencies:
We understand that life happens, and emergencies do come up. If you are unable to make your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us at 705-721-0270 or emailing us at info@bluehavenwellness.ca. Cancellations will not be accepted through text messages or social media direct messages. If you need to cancel and it is more than 24 hours in advance, you can reschedule directly online through our booking portal.
